With the development of our society and technology, the types of domestic separator machine are more and more. As a kind of important metal, my beneficiation equipment is also diverse. At the same time, my beneficiation process is different.

First, I tell you some my separator equipment. My common beneficiation machines mainly include the flotation machine, magnetic separation machine, spiral classifier, high-frequency screen, hydrocyclone and other machines. Although my separation machines are simple, my beneficiation process is not simple.

My sisters and brothers are not same in the size, property, final product and other aspects. So my separation process is closely relevant to the crushing process, grinding process and screening process. I can't do without the crusher, grinder and vibrating screen. But the crusher and grinder also have many models. Here, I will introduce the common production condition.

So all my processing equipment has jaw crusher, cone crusher, MTW trapezium mill, vibrating screen, vibrating feeder, the drying machine, flotation machine, magnetic separation machine and so on. In generally, the jaw crusher is as the primary crushing machine. And the cone crusher is as the secondary crushing machine. Sometimes, we can also use the impact crusher as the secondary crushing equipment. For the grinding machine, we can choose the trapezium mill, vertical mill, ultrafine mill and other grinder. According to the production requirements, we can select the suitable crusher and grinder.

The drying machine is used to dry the goal material. Sometimes, my beneficiation machine is the flotation machine. But sometimes, it is the magnetic separation machine or other equipment. If you can do the two separation process, I believe that its effect will be better.
