- Mr. Wang: Yes. I'm glad. Today I will introduce five methods to improve the double roll crusher's effect. First, select the reasonable model of double roll crusher and control the feed diameter. In general, the roller diameter shall be not less 9 times than the clay particle size. Then you can obtain good crushing effect. Second, control the water content of material. The material's moisture content should not be too high. The general should be controlled below 15%, otherwise it will impact crushing efficiency and crushing effect.

- Mr. Wang: You are right. This is the last measures I will say. Two roller gap should be maintained at between 3~5mm. When the clearance is too large, it should be timely repair or replace, otherwise it will impact crushing effect.
