• Host: Welcome your coming, Mr. Wang. The noise problem is not only the hammer crusher's problem, but also all mine equipment's problem. Can you tell us how to solve this issue?
• Mr. Wang: Of course. I'm glad. In general, the hammer crusher's noise problem can through three aspects to solve: reducing the noise source, the control of transmission path, and the receiver protection. These are the major solutions.
• Host: Form the noise source to reduce noise, we can understand. It is just to control from the source. So what are the detailed measures?
• Mr. Wang: The methods main contains: innovation of production technique and the selection of low noise equipment; improve the mine mechanical machining and assembly accuracy, to reduce the noise generated by mechanical vibration and friction; high pressure and high speed airflow should reduce the pressure and flow rate, or to change the airflow nozzle shape.
• Host: Oh. How to control in the transmission path?
• Mr. Wang: In the transmission path, we should reasonably design in general layout, such as using a barrier to prevent the noise transmission; the use of natural hills, slopes, forest, grass and so on; the use of sound source directivity characteristics to control noise. You can apply the high pressure boiler exhaust steam, oxygen making machine exhaust outlet towards the wilderness or the sky, to reduce the environmental impact.

• Mr. Wang: We can do the personal protection for workers, such as wear earplugs, earmuffs, helmet and other prevention noise supplies; workers rotation operation, shorting the workers' work time in the high noise environment; take the noise elimination, sound absorption, sound insulation, isolation, vibration damping measures.
