- Host: According to statistics, the production of small cement plant accounts for over 80% of the total output of cement. So we know it is vital in our country. Can you relate the portable production equipment for us?
- Expert: I'm glad. The production equipment must include the crusher and grinder. In addition, it also has the vibrating screen, vibrating feeder, elevator, belt conveyor, hopper and so on. Crusher and grinder have many types. Crusher has the jaw crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher, hammer crusher and so on. The grinder also has the vertical mill, trapezium mill, ultrafine mill, ball mill and Raymond mill. For the small cement plant, you can use the mini and portable crusher and grinder.
- Host: We understand the production machines. Then, can you tell us the production process simply?
- Expert: Yes. If you need to crush the material, you can only use the crushing process. Generally, we will select two stages crushing process. Here, we choose jaw crusher as the primary crushing machine. And the cone crusher is as the second crushing machine. After the two crushing process, it turns to grinding. Belt conveyors contact the different machines. Then, under the action of vibrating screen, we complete the screening process. You can get different size finished product.
- Host: The cement is composed of several different materials. Do the materials need to go through these processes?
- Expert: For the big materials, they need to go through the crushing and grinding process, in order to obtain the right size material. The several materials are processed. Then, it's turns to make the cement.
