Iron Ore Beneficiation Equipment

Iron ore processing line includes crushing process, grinding process, screening process and beneficiation process. As the key process, beneficiation equipment is relatively important. Mineral processing plant in China generally uses two or three stages crushing process to crush the iron ore. Jaw crusher or cone crusher is usual as the primary crushing machine. Impact crusher or cone crusher is usual as the second or third crushing machine. So is the grinding equipment. You can choose the one or two stages grinding process.

For the iron ore beneficiation equipment, we usually use magnetic separation machine or flotation machine. The grading equipment usually uses the spiral classifier. In order to improve efficiency, some ore dressing plant use the hydrocyclone to replace the two spiral classifier.
