- Mr. Wang: Hello, everyone. I'm glad to come here. Hope today's share will be meaningful for you.
- Host: We all familiar with the carbon. But we may be not clear about its application. So Mr. Wang, can you relate it for us in detailed?
- Mr. Wang: Of course. Carbon can self-bind and form a large number of compounds in chemical, and in biology and commercially, it is the important molecular. A series of compounds of carbon -- organic, is the basis of life. We most familiar carbon type is the coal. Three forms of carbon are large-scale manufactured and widely used in industry. They are coke, carbon black and activated carbon.
- Host: Carbon has so big role in the industry. Its need is also increasing. So how about the carbon grinding process?
- Mr. Wang: The grinding process need the grinders, but also need crushers. In generally, carbon is first to be crushed, then, it is grinded. Jaw crusher is usual as the primary crushing machine. Sometimes, it is the cone crusher. Impact crusher or cone crusher is as the second crushing machine. Sometimes, some customers also choose the mobile crusher. After crushing, it's turn to grind.
- Host: Oh. So can you tell us the grinding equipment and process?
- Mr. Wang: I'm glad. When the carbon is crushed, by belt conveyor, carbon is transported into the grinder. Grinders contain the trapezium mill, ultrafine mill, vertical mill, Raymond mill, ball mill and others. If you want the ultrafine powder, you can choose the ultrafine mill. If the carbon has too much moisture, you can choose the LM vertical mill. Because it has the hot-blast stove. After grinding, the carbon will be screened by vibrating screen. Then, you can obtain the finished product.
