Description: Chinese feldspar resources are more abundant. It is one of the most common minerals in the continental crust. Feldspar is raw materials of ceramic and glass industry. Some may also be used as a gemstone material. Feldspar beneficiation machine mainly comprises jaw crusher, ball mill, spiral classifier, magnetic separator, flotation machine and other equipment. Its beneficiation process contains crushing, grinding, removing, selection, purification, screening and so on. Today, we will introduce the feldspar beneficiation machine and process.

The feldspar beneficiation equipment contains the need machines in the beneficiation process. For example, as the primary crushing machine—jaw crusher, as the grinding machine—ball mill, as the beneficiation machine—magnetic separation machine and flotation machine, as the feeding and conveying machines—vibrating screen and belt conveyor, and so on. These equipment are all the vital components for the whole beneficiation process. According to the specific production status and the feldspar property, the beneficiation equipment will have some difference.

The beneficiation process mainly has the following sections:

1. Crushing: large feldspar stone need to be crushed by jaw crusher.
2. Grinding: after the first crushing, feldspar needs to be grinded in the ball mill.
3. Wash the mud and sorting: the fine powder material enters into the spiral classifier for separation, to choose the sediment.
4. Picks: the feldspar enters into the magnetic separation machine for selection. Select the iron, mica material. Note: the current magnetic separation machine is not suitable for all of the feldspar mines. At present the flotation technology and flotation machine have been widely used.
5. Purification: after selection, the feldspar materials enter to the high frequency vibration screen for screening, removing the ferric oxide power and ferroferric oxide powder, obtaining feldspar fine powder.
6. Screening: the feldspar powder is transported into the vibration screen for again screening. The final product has the relatively low iron content.

The above is the feldspar beneficiation machine and beneficiation process. In the actual production, because of the different feldspar property and different origin, the beneficiation machines will have some difference. But the beneficiation process is similar.
