Shibang on the March 15th: Highlighting "After-sale Quality Analysis Report in 2013" and Promoting

March is the "quality improvement month" for Shibang which has been carried out once a year. It is reported that the activities in this "quality improvement month" mainly consist of key quality improvement program for production site, quality model evaluation and reasonable suggestions on quality. Among these, the key quality improvement program includes 63 items including painting improvement and rust-proof of rough casting, covering every detail in the process of production, quality inspection and logistics. As for the reasonable suggestion on quality, Shibang summarized the feedback on quality improvement as collected by the customer center callback sector in 2013 and prepared After-sale Quality Analysis Report in 2013 which has worked out the solutions and improvement measures on the basis of 760 pieces of effective information as collected from the clients.
