    The grinding and classification is a very important link in mineral separation production. As the important classification equipment, hydrocyclone has a very wide range of application. Hydraulic cyclone is used to separate the heavier coarse sediments and removal of other material in the sewage, sometimes it is used for sludge dewatering. At present, the extension devices of foreign metal mining are using the hydrocyclone.

  • Application:

    Hydrocyclone is mainly used for grading, sorting, thickening and desliming in the mineral processing industry. When the hydrocyclone is used as the classification equipment, it is mainly used to as the grinding classification system with grinding mill. As the desliming equipment, it can be used for gravity separation plant desliming. When it is used as thickening and dewatering device, it can be used to dressing tailings thickening evacuation to backfill in underground mining tunnel.

  • Structure:

    Hydrocyclone are mainly composed of the working barrel body, the ore feeding pipe, the overflow pipe, overflow catheter and sand export etc. Among them, the working barrel body is composed of a hollow cylinder in the upper portion, and the inverted cone in the bottom part communicated with a cylinder.

  • There is no moving part of hydrocyclone, and the structure is simple;
  • The production capacity of unit volume is large, and the area occupation is small;
  • High classification efficiency is up to 80% ~ 90%, and the classification grain size is fine;
  • The cost is low, and material consumption is little;
  • The disassembly and maintain are easy.

Working Principle:

1) This crusher uses motor as its power. Through the motor's wheels, the eccentric shaft is driven by the belt and the belt wheel to make the jawstock move by a regulated track.

2)The angle between the toggie plate and jawstock will become large as the up of the jawstock. This will push the moveable jaw plate towards the fixed jaw plate,which can realize the multi-crushing of the materials.

3)The angle between the toggie plate and jawstock will become small as the down of the jawstock. The moveable jaw plate will leave the jaw plate at the presure of the tension rod and spring ,meanwhile ,the final products will be discharged from the dischargeing opening.
