    Based on the MTM trapezium mill, T130X reinforced ultrafine mill passes through inheritance and optimization, and forms its own unique characteristics. T130X reinforced ultrafine mill is mainly used in metallurgy, building materials, chemical, mineral and other industries. And it is suitable for feldspar, calcite, talc, barite, marble, rare earth, slag, clay, bentonite, gypsum, graphite. The maximum feed particle size should be less than 30mm. The finished product size is between 0.074~0.038mm. The production capacity is 1.8~6.5T/H.

  • Working Principle:

    After by jaw crusher preliminary broken, the material enters into the hopper by elevator. Through the electromagnetic vibrating feeder, the material is taken into the host evenly and quantitatively. After grinding, the material is blown in the powder selecting machine by fan airflow and does the classification work. The material that does not meet the size requirement, falls into the host to grinding again. The material that meets the size requirement, enters into the cyclone powder collector. The materials do separation and collection. The finished product powder is discharged from the discharging device. The whole system is a negative pressure closed cycle, to ensure the production site clean and environmental protection.

Working Principle:

1) This crusher uses motor as its power. Through the motor's wheels, the eccentric shaft is driven by the belt and the belt wheel to make the jawstock move by a regulated track.

2)The angle between the toggie plate and jawstock will become large as the up of the jawstock. This will push the moveable jaw plate towards the fixed jaw plate,which can realize the multi-crushing of the materials.

3)The angle between the toggie plate and jawstock will become small as the down of the jawstock. The moveable jaw plate will leave the jaw plate at the presure of the tension rod and spring ,meanwhile ,the final products will be discharged from the dischargeing opening.
