    SCM ultrafine mill is a new type of making ultrafine power machines. And it is the latest products in the world of grinding mill. It is mainly used in paint, paper, pigments, cosmetics, chemical products and other industries. It is suitable for the grinding of calcite, limestone, dolomite, talc, kaolin, bentonite, magnetite, barite, gypsum, graphite, phosphate ore etc. the max feeding size is 10~20mm. The finished product size is 325~2500 mesh. The production capacity is 4500~7500kg/t.

  • Structure:

    SCM ultrafine mill includes main unit, powder selecting machine, cyclone collector, pulsed jet filter, motor, fan, pipes ass and muffler. The optional equipment has jaw crusher, hammer crusher, elevator, feeder and control cabinet. In short, SCM ultrafine mill is made up of lubrication device, safety device, and adjustment device.

  • Working Principle:

    The material enters into the host, and falls down the central of bulk material disk. Due to the high speed rotary of turntable, the materials move to the round, and fall into the loop between grinding roller and grinding ring. The materials are grinded. After the first layer of grinding, the materials will fall into the lower layer for grinding again. Afterwards, the materials are taken into the powder selecting machine by fan airflow. The material that does not meet the size requirement, falls into the host to grinding again. The material that meets the size requirement, enters into the cyclone powder collector. The materials do separation and collection. The finished product powder is discharged from the discharging device.

  • Product fineness is high, and the superfine finished product can reach to 2500 mesh, that is 5 micron;
  • Cage type separator can greatly improve the accuracy and fineness of the powder selecting, improving the quality of the finished products;
  • There is no rolling bearing and screw in the host, and there is no fault caused by the two. It is safe and reliable;
  • High yield and low energy consumption; its yield is higher of 40% than the jet mill and stirring mill, but the energy consumption is only 1/3 of the jet mill;
  • Wide application; it can be applied to 100 kinds of material, to meet customer demand;
  • Clean; dust is exhausted after the treatment of pulse dust collector and the rear muffler, and prevent the dust from spreading in the air, to reduce pollution and noise.

SCM Super-micro mill is mainly used to produce fine powder and super fine powder. Working Principle:

1) This crusher uses motor as its power. Through the motor's wheels, the eccentric shaft is driven by the belt and the belt wheel to make the jawstock move by a regulated track.

2)The angle between the toggie plate and jawstock will become large as the up of the jawstock. This will push the moveable jaw plate towards the fixed jaw plate,which can realize the multi-crushing of the materials.

3)The angle between the toggie plate and jawstock will become small as the down of the jawstock. The moveable jaw plate will leave the jaw plate at the presure of the tension rod and spring ,meanwhile ,the final products will be discharged from the dischargeing opening.
