    PF impact crusher is to crushing material by impact. It is used in metallurgy, mine, cement, chemical, refractories, ceramics, road construction, water conservancy and hydropower industry. PF jaw crusher is suitable for crushing materials that length does not exceed 500mm, and the compressive strength is not more than 350MPa, such as: barite, calcite, talc, rare earth, kaolin, coke, gypsum. The maximum feed particle size is250~500mm, and production capacity is 50~260T/H.

  • Structure:

    PF series jaw crusher mainly has the following several parts: rotor assembly, impact plate, machine body part, adjustment device, transmission part, and so on. Specifically, it is mainly composed of rotor, impact plate, impact rack, impact plate, hammer, side liner plate, feeder opening, chassis, rear case. The wear parts have hammer, impact plate and side liner plate, and so on.

  • Working Principle:

    The rotor does the high-speed rotation under the driving of a motor. The material impacts with the hammer on the rotor. Then, under the hitting of hammer, the material is broken. The crushed material is impacted to the impact plate and broken again. Finally, the material is discharged from the discharge port. Adjust the clearance between the rotor frame and the impact frame, and it can be achieved the purpose of changing the material discharging size and material shape.

Working Principle:

1) This crusher uses motor as its power. Through the motor's wheels, the eccentric shaft is driven by the belt and the belt wheel to make the jawstock move by a regulated track.

2)The angle between the toggie plate and jawstock will become large as the up of the jawstock. This will push the moveable jaw plate towards the fixed jaw plate,which can realize the multi-crushing of the materials.

3)The angle between the toggie plate and jawstock will become small as the down of the jawstock. The moveable jaw plate will leave the jaw plate at the presure of the tension rod and spring ,meanwhile ,the final products will be discharged from the dischargeing opening.
