    YKN vibrating screen is my company developed new products in 20 years of experience. It is widely used in metal mines, engineering construction, coal, cement, sand and stone field, dry mortar, power plant desulfurization, solid waste treatment and other fields. It is suitable for screening ore with large block size and large bulk density, such as ferrous metal ore, non-ferrous metal ore, cobber, limestone, dolomite, granite, diabase, basalt. Its max feeding size is below 400mm, and production capacity is 100~850T/H.

  • Working Principle:

    YKN series vibrating screen is consist of the motor drive part, side plate spring seat, intermediate shaft parts, vibration components, screen mesh, etc. This series vibrating screen eccentric block as excitation source is used to drive the circular vibrating screen box to rotate. Motor is driven by triangle with intermediate shaft, and intermediate shaft drives the spindle to rotate. The spindle rotates to drive an eccentric block to rotate, and inertia force of the eccentric block force the vibration sieve box to vibrate. With the motor running, the body moves like a circle, to realize continuous screening operation.

    Use the external eccentric block structure exciter; intermediate transmission is connected by a flexible connection, and the vibration is stable.

    The through ability is strong; screening efficiency is high, service life is longer.

    The whole equipment torque transmission is no axial force transmission, and running is more smoothly.

    The exciter is directly fixed on the sieve box side; the connection between the two vibration exciter is through a universal coupling, so the installation and maintenance are convenient.

Working Principle:

1) This crusher uses motor as its power. Through the motor's wheels, the eccentric shaft is driven by the belt and the belt wheel to make the jawstock move by a regulated track.

2)The angle between the toggie plate and jawstock will become large as the up of the jawstock. This will push the moveable jaw plate towards the fixed jaw plate,which can realize the multi-crushing of the materials.

3)The angle between the toggie plate and jawstock will become small as the down of the jawstock. The moveable jaw plate will leave the jaw plate at the presure of the tension rod and spring ,meanwhile ,the final products will be discharged from the dischargeing opening.
