    VSI sand making machine is a new high efficiency sand making machine. It is based on VSI sand making machine, and independently research and develop a new generation products. It is suitable for crushing cobble, quartz, limestone, coal gangue, basalt, granite, and diabase. VSI sand making machine is used for making artificial sand. Its feed size is 30-50mm. Its production capacity is 70-640T/H.

  • Main Structure:

    VSI is made up of the host parts and the rotor parts. The host parts includes feed hopper, feed hopper lifting device, the center of rotor, shaft assembly, a motor drive device, stent, thin oil lubrication station (external link). And the rotor parts includes impact block, upper and lower flow channel plate, hammer, swing round hole protecting ring, wear plate, anti-rotation barrier strip, impeller welding.

    The wear parts mainly have the upper shaft sleeve, the lower shaft sleeve, a damping rubber, swinging wheel supporting export ring, upper / lower flow channel plate, the impact block, sub feed cone, wear plates, the thrower head, blanking ring lining, feeding tube, upper / down guard board, hopper ring lining, distributing disc, bulk disk, peripheral supporting plate, cylindrical roller bearings, deep groove ball bearings, thrust ball bearing, expansion sleeve, the conveyor belt, oil seal, O ring seal.

  • 1.The new dual-purpose powder tray can realize the quick conversion between center feed and waterfall down feed, reducing down time adjustment, and improving the efficiency.

Working Principle:

1) This crusher uses motor as its power. Through the motor's wheels, the eccentric shaft is driven by the belt and the belt wheel to make the jawstock move by a regulated track.

2)The angle between the toggie plate and jawstock will become large as the up of the jawstock. This will push the moveable jaw plate towards the fixed jaw plate,which can realize the multi-crushing of the materials.

3)The angle between the toggie plate and jawstock will become small as the down of the jawstock. The moveable jaw plate will leave the jaw plate at the presure of the tension rod and spring ,meanwhile ,the final products will be discharged from the dischargeing opening.
