XSD sand washing machine is made up of the motor, reducer, gear, a feeding tank, washing tank, impeller, washing tank overflow outlet, sand net, a discharge groove, and so on. This important parts are together to finish the whole process of sand washing.

The motor drives the impeller to rotate slowly through the triangle belt, a speed reducer, and gear. After the material enters into the washing tank, under the action of the impeller, the material grinds with each other. Remove the gravel covered surface impurities, and destruct water vapor coated layer of sand, in order to facilitate the dehydration. At the same time, add water and form strong currents. Timely wash away the impurities, and from the washing tank overflow outlet, then complete cleaning effect. Clean gravel is taken away by the impeller. Finally, the gravel enters into the discharge chute from the rotation of the impeller, and completes the sand cleaning operation.
